Join me for class this summer! My classes are open to yogis of all experience levels and beginners are absolutely welcome! Classes are donation-based, so please give what feels sincere for you. Donations may be made directly through my Gratitude Jar here.

If you are not in a position to give financially right now, please still come to class! We need your energetic presence more than your pocketbook.

Riverside Park Yoga

Saturday’s at 11:00 a.m. EST*

Riverside Park between 101st & 103rd

Experience yoga in its purest, most Divine form: nature! This all-levels class will include slow, accessible asanas (poses) culminating with a blissful meditation among the singing birds and rustling trees.

Students must bring their own mats / towels and social distancing will be practiced throughout class.

Please be sure to register for class at least 3 hours prior to start time!

Virtual Mindfulness

Wednesday’s at 12:00 p.m. EST

Zoom Virtual Studio

Explore the healing practices of meditation, breath work, aromatherapy and more in this all-levels, lunchtime mindfulness class!

Each week we will experience a new style of meditation along with complimentary practices to ease stress, promote healing, and balance all seven chakras. No props needed!

Please be sure to register for class at least 3 hours prior to the start time!

*Weather permitting. Cancellations will be made at least 2 hours in advance of class.

Reiki Moon Circle

Each Full Moon

Energetically, no Zooming required

Once per month, on the full moon, I offer a group distance reiki session for anyone in need of healing.

To be included in the healing circle, simply register below and find a comfortable place to rest for roughly 30 minutes. Upcoming Moon Circle sessions:

  • June 24th at 8pm EST
  • July 24th at 9am EST
